As Chief Financial Officer and a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will play a central role in this next phase. You will provide strategic financial leadership to ensure long-term sustainability while enabling the organisation to invest confidently in its future. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Board and Executive Director of Operations, you will help shape organisational strategy, support collective decision-making, and model the culture, behaviours and cross-functional collaboration required to deliver Leonard Cheshire’s mission.

We are seeking a qualified values-led senior finance leader who brings deep experience in complex, large-scale organisations and a proven ability to drive financial transformation, influence strategy, and deliver positive organisational impact.
